Two of Australia’s most-loved hospitality brands came together to create something deliciously unexpected. Late last year, Maybe Sammy and Gelato Messina launched a limited-edition trio of ready-to-pour cocktails—transforming gelato into sip-ready spirits, just in time for the festive season

This isn’t your average flavour partnership. It’s a collision of creativity, craftsmanship, and conscious thinking. Inspired by Messina’s most-loved gelato flavours, the collection reimagines dessert as drink—turning scoops into sips with a side of summer magic.
Each cocktail in the trio is crafted with real Messina gelato and premium spirits, using a technique that distils and clarifies the gelato itself—capturing the full richness of flavour while keeping the pour light, fresh, and ready to serve.
